## The Hungry Alligators

#### Pinellas County Schools

**Game description:** Hungry Alligators helps students reinforce inequations while having fun. The game is played with two competitors and one time keeper. The game starts when the time keeper says go. The two competitors race down the slip-n-slide to the alligator pond and pick out an alligator (greater/less/equal) and run back to the inequation mat to create an inequation with the numbers from the number bowl. The competitors continue this until the time keeper calls time at 2 minutes. The competitor with the most correct in two minutes wins.
