Each week, MIND's Lead Mathematician and Product Director [Brandon Smith](https://www.mindresearch.org/speakers/brandon-smith) and Content Development Manager [Nina Wu](https://www.mindresearch.org/speakers/nina-wu) talked about the adjustments families made to learning at home during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic, and the opportunities that situation provided for changing our relationship with math. To summarize, here are some general ways that you can bring movement and physicality into any math activity: - Draw a picture or model - Use your hands - gestures, fingers, move imaginary things in space - Act out a situation - Use your body to demonstrate a concept - Take a brain break with a 10 min walk #### We Want to Hear From You!
